FAA-119 was conceived by Stepan Martirosyan, whose background combines automobile-sport regulation, off-road competition, and practical road experience.
Stepan Martirosyan
Founder and author of the FAA-119 concept. He is a national-category judge of the Automobile Federation of Armenia and a former off-road rally driver.
